For thousands of years, the Hebrew people believed that one day the Messiah would come to rescue them from their suffering and trials. They were certain that God would not fail them and that he would never forsake them. Though the timing was not what they would have preferred, Jesus’ birth was the fulfillment of their faith. Even though you cannot see Jesus’ presence in your life at the moment, keep faith and believe he will come through... he is faithful.
