John The Baptist

John the Baptist played a key role in God’s story of salvation. He lived a secluded life in the wilderness, preached for a short time before being overshadowed by Jesus, went to in prison where he experienced spiritual doubt, and eventually he was beheaded. Serving God may not always be easy, but when we are obedient to Christ, we have a part to play in his story of salvation! This five-week series studies the life of John the Baptist, from the moment of his birth’s announcement to his death. Along the way, we’ll hear a voice in the wilderness calling us to live for Christ.
