MCA is seeking a dedicated and qualified Administrative Pastor to join our ministry team. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in supporting the vision of the church, providing leadership to staff and volunteers, and ensuring smooth operations across various ministry functions.

- Supervise and provide guidance to church staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage MCA facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and effectively utilized.
Represent MCA within the community, building relationships and fostering outreach initiatives.
- Oversee the church’s Visual and Audio Technology teams, ensuring excellence in worship services and other church events.
Provide human resource functions for church staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and execute graphic design and social media strategies to enhance the church's communication and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Follower of Christ and has a lifestyle that demonstrates obedience to Him.
- Commitment to a daily devotional time that includes prayer and God’s Word.
- Has a passion for excellence in organization, leading and developing a team of volunteers, and excellent administrative abilities.
- Commitment to the vision, mission, and values of MCA.
- Skills in facilities management and general understanding of building operations.
- Familiarity with audio-visual technology and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience
- Preferred candidates will have 2+ years of experience in church management or business management.
